We're hiring a Production Utility Worker to join our rubber manufacturing team in Warwick, NY. In this hands-on role, you'll assist with various production and assembly tasks, maintain a clean work area, and follow safety protocols. No experience required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Steel-toed shoes are required (not provided). Full-time preferred; part-time and seasonal roles also available. Starting pay is $19.00/hr, with benefits after probation. Hours are Monday-Friday from 8am to 4:30pm

Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily production operations
  • Measure materials accurately
  • Read and use a ruler (understanding feet vs. inches)
  • Calculate square footage as needed
  • Follow safety and quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Support team members to meet production goals

Qualifications

We are Looking for Candidates Who:

  • Are eager to learn and grow within a manufacturing environment.
  • Follow safety protocols, including always wearing steel-toed shoes and other PPE.
  • Are punctual and have reliable transportation to work.
  • Have a positive attitude, are a team player, and can work independently when needed.
  • Strong basic math skills and be comfortable in working in a hands- on environment.
  • Ability to accurately read a ruler
  • Ability to calculate square footage
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Are at least 18 years of age.
