Receptionist – Full-Time or Part-Time (Flexible)

Location: Warwick, NY
Compensation: $20.00 per hour (starting rate)
Office Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
(Flexible scheduling available within office hours)

We are seeking a receptionist to manage our front desk operations and support daily administrative tasks. This position offers a flexible daytime schedule and is a great opportunity for individuals seeking reliable work during standard business hours.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
  • Perform general clerical duties such as filing, document preparation, and data entry
  • Prepare and process invoices with accuracy and timeliness
  • Enter and maintain customer and order information in company systems
  • Utilize Microsoft Office 365 (including Excel) for daily administrative tasks
  • Perform basic math calculations as needed
  • Provide administrative support to staff and management
  • Assist with special projects and cross-departmental tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Professional communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office 365
  • Minimum working proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, and spreadsheet navigation)
  • High attention to detail, particularly with data entry and invoicing
  • Ability to perform basic math functions
  • Reliable, professional, and team-oriented with a willingness to learn
  • Previous experience in an office, receptionist, or invoicing role is a plus, but not required (training provided)
