Location: Flexible Base- within commuting distance of any of our locations
Travel: Up to 60% — New York, Connecticut, Ohio, and Texas
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $85,000.00- $109,200.00
Position Summary
The Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Lead is responsible for leading and supporting environmental, health, and safety programs across the company's rubber manufacturing operations. This position provides hands-on EHS leadership at multiple manufacturing facilities and is responsible for promoting a safe work environment, ensuring regulatory compliance, identifying, and mitigating workplace hazards, and driving continuous improvement in EHS performance.
The EHS Lead will work closely with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Human Resources, and site leadership to establish consistent EHS standards and practices across the organization. The position will regularly interact with employees at all levels and serve as a key resource for safety, environmental compliance, training, incident investigation, and risk reduction.

Work Environment
The EHS Lead will regularly work in manufacturing environments and will spend significant time on the production floor. The position may involve exposure to noise, heat, rubber compounds, chemicals, dust, moving machinery, and other industrial hazards.
The employee is required to follow all applicable safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment when working in designated areas.
